All our work is protected under US Federal Copyright Law.   When you purchase a photograph, you are purchasing the right to enjoy that one photograph. With the exception of those exclusions below, making copies - in any form, - is a violation of the purchase agreement and US Copyright Law. 

This includes (but isn't limited to):  taking it to WalMart and making a copy or scanning it and e-mailing it to your friends.

    Copyright Exclusions:

• Making edible copies. IE: Having Dillons make a copy for cakes, cookies etc is fine. We consider that to be a part of your enjoyment of our work.
  
  
• Facebook/myspace - If you want images to put up on social networking sites we will provide them for you at no cost. Our only caveat is that the credit line on the bottom is not removed from the picture. We will also request a link back to our website.
